By submitting and/or confirming the order, it means that you understand and accept the company's shopping terms and conditions.

Goods Information
The shop tries its best to ensure the authenticity of the product images, the accuracy of the data and the true colors of the displayed goods, but the shop reserves the right to change the above information without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change the selling price or product packaging of all goods.

The price in our shop is in Hong Kong dollars as the unit of settlement.

Order matters
You are willing to abide by the relevant shopping rules and freight collection method of this website. There is a gap between the time when the customer places the order and the time when the system accepts the order, so when the customer places the order, the system shows that it is still in stock, but there may be no stock when the system accepts the order. If the product you purchased is out of stock before the system accepts your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If any goods are sold out, our shop will not give advance notice. In case of the above situation, our shop will notify you by phone or email.

Cancel order
After the order is confirmed, the customer will not be able to change the content of the order, so the customer must ensure that all the entered information is correct before placing the order. Once the order is confirmed, the shop will not accept changes or cancellations.

The customer is responsible for keeping any form of receipt and/or record as proof of payment. After the transfer, please notify our shop by email or Whatsapp or Wechat. After the store confirms receipt of the payment, we will ship the product as soon as possible.

Pick up
Spot products will be shipped 1 to 2 weeks after the order is confirmed, and the goods will be collected by SF Express and paid by customer.
The store reserves the right to charge additional fees to customers in the following situations: A single order has more than one delivery destination, additional charges are caused by providing incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, or no one at the specified address or time to receive the products.

For products with quality problems, customers need to contact us within 7 days after receiving the products. In the case of stock available, the shop will arrange replacement, but does not accept refunds. If the return period is exceeded or the goods are damaged due to human factors, there will be no return or exchange.

This shop will not take any responsibility for any problems caused by incorrect or improper use of the product. Our shop reserves the right to modify and revise the price, delivery charges and online shopping terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, our shop reserves the right of final decision.
